Peter Rear, Filmatography's Signature photographer recently collaborated with Privé events and the Ritz hotel in London to create a sumptuous romantic style shoot for an intimate wedding.
The gorgeous event was styled around a small wedding breakfast with rich romantic overtones of pink and white to create something bespoke that befitted the baroque atmosphere of one of London’s most famous hotels. The gloriously ornate space can also be used for family meals pre and post the wedding day.
The team mixed roses with hydrangeas and used different heights and candlelight sources to create a romantic, cosy atmosphere, perfect for a small wedding breakfast or pre-wedding dinner.
Prive have worked with Designer Chair Covers to go on the crockery, flatware and candelabras for this shoot while the cake and mini cakes were made by Sara’s House of Cupcakes.
The Ritz (based in Piccadilly) has various private dining suites available for weddings of up to 100 people for a sit down meal. The luxurious hotel has a dedicated wedding planner to assist making your dream day a reality, who can help with everything from arriving in Rolls Royce Phantom to arranging pre-wedding day pampering packages.
There are six spaces that can be used, five of which are in William Kent House, which is a private mansion next to the hotel and they all follow the lavish Italian Renaissance style but there’s also a tranquil outdoor space for summer weddings. William Kent House can also be rented out in its entirety for larger weddings and will seat 200 guests.
Decadent floral displays make the most of the space’s high ceiling and amazing light and bring a luxurious touch to proceedings, especially for any events arranged in the evening. The Ritz work with each couple on a dedicated wedding breakfast menu with some of the finest chefs in London.
